Employee Integrity Standards

On the violation of any of these core principles, IDDC & SGF reserves the rights to terminate or temporary suspend any/all employees without notice.

Client's Confidentiality

Under no circumstances are Employees open to discuss, disclose, or transmit information or data from clients projects without the express written consent of the client or a legal court notice of such.

Network & Phone Systems

IDDC & SGF controls and monitors the use of its network, computing facilities and voicemail systems and can restrict use of or withdraw access privileges to those systems or facilities without prior notice. Additionally, the company may conduct investigations of potential violations based on this information.

Employee Restriction

Under no circumstance are Employees to engage for the aquisition or sale of any product or service respective to both companies without the express written consent and approval of their Supervisors, Managers, Directors, or the Company's СEО.

Anti-Corruption & Bribery Policy

Employees are forbidden to accept and/or receive gifts or bribes from a single party(s) that will compromise the integrity of IDDC & SGF as a reputable firm. Both companies believe in fair business trade and dealings. At no time, will these companies jeopardize or taint the relationship with clients due to an employee's self interest or greed. If an employee is found in violation of this principle, they will be terminated forthwith.

Key Responsibilities

All employees are required to undergo extensive training in their respective disciplines in order to stay current and competitive in today's changing world. Ethical and personal development training courses are mandatory by Management.
Both companies will ensure that we identify and actively manage any situation of actual or apparent conflict of interest. In resolving conflicts, we will place the client's interest first.
IDDC & SGF will not tolerate employee(s) who makes decisions on any project that will be beneficial to close friends or families. Conflict of Interest remains of high concern within our companies. In the event an employee is unsure of their level of conflict, they are to report to their Supervisors or Management who will assess all concerns and if need be, remove that employee from that particular project.
Any employee(s) who knowingly misrepresents, misleads, or explicitly defrauds any client(s) for the purpose of finalizing a business contract that subsequently engages the firm(s), will be prosecuted to the FULL extent of the Law within the current State or Country.
Compliance to IDDC & SGF policies and fundamental business principles and regulations are to be strictly upheld, the success of the Company starts with each individual following these guidelines.
In the event of FULL termination of any employee(s), all company resources client's files, information and data, are to be properly turned over to their assigned area Supervisors, Management or Directors of the company.
